Thomas E. Donnellon
Tom is the “senior” member of Donnellon, Donnellon & Miller. He graduated from Moeller High School (1968), received a B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati (1972) and a Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law (1976). He is currently admitted in Ohio and Kentucky and a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State, Kentucky State and Federal Bar Associations.
Tom has been a resident of Hyde Park/Mt. Lookout for over 35 years. He is an active member of St. Mary’s parish, is married to Alice Sullivan Donnellon, and has two daughters, Kyle and Susan.
The Donnellon Family has a proud Irish heritage. Tom is a past President, current Trustee and Membership Chairman of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick, an Irish social organization in Cincinnati, and has been an active member for over 25 years.
He specializes his practice in the areas of Estate Planning (wills and trusts), handling estates in Probate Court, Real Estate, and general Business matters, representing several business clients as corporate counsel and assisting numerous small businesses in setting up their business entities. Tom is also a Registered Land Examiner appointed by the Common Pleas Court of Hamilton County.
Tom has served as the City attorney for Silverton, Golf Manor, Addyston and has assisted in Elmwood, Montgomery, Newtown and the City of Cincinnati. He is also the former law director for Symmes Township. Like all of the attorneys at Donnellon, Donnellon & Miller, he has an extensive background in Municipal and Township law.
