Deepak K. Desai

Small Business, Employment Law, Municipal Law, Zoning, and Real Estate Law.

Deepak is a Greater Cincinnati native. He is a graduate of Covington Latin School, Northern Kentucky University, and the Salmon P. Chase College of Law where he graduated first in his class.

Prior to practicing law, Deepak owned and operated a business. He uses that background when representing local and regional business owners on their day-to-day legal needs.

Deepak does substantial work in the employment law field. He counsels businesses on how to comply with laws relating to their employees. He also represents employees who have been the victim of illegal treatment by their employer. He was the lead trial attorney representing an employee who was terminated for refusing to violate the law in the course of her employment, and he obtained a significant jury verdict for that client.

For years, Deepak has served as the Solicitor for the Village of Lincoln Heights and manages the Village’s legal affairs. Deepak also represents landowners and developers in real estate and zoning disputes. Many of his cases have involved protecting owners of hillside property in Greater Cincinnati.
