Terrence M. Donnellon
Terry Donnellon has been practicing law with Donnellon, Donnellon & Miller since 1979 serving clients in the Greater Cincinnati area in a number of areas of the law.
Terry’s primary practice area is in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has experience in both the trial and appellate courts in Southwest Ohio as well as the United States District Court. He is admitted to practice before the Ohio Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Claims, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Since 1997, Terry has served as the Director of Law for the City of Montgomery, Ohio. He has served as Solicitor and lead counsel for the Village of Golf Manor for more than twenty-five years. With his experience in local government law, Terry has served as special counsel to a number of committees in Southwestern Ohio providing assistance, telecommunication, development and financial planning.
Terry is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association in which he served as President in 1995-6 and President of the Bar Foundation for two years. He is currently a member of the Practice Round Table and the Admissions Committee, Local Government Law, and Common Pleas Court Committees. Terry is a Fellow in the Ohio State Bar Foundation, a member of the Ohio State and American Bar Association, a member of the Council of Delegates of the Ohio Bar, and member of the Board of Governors of the Solo and Small Firm section of the Ohio Bar.
