We also have experience in handling eminent domain cases representing both the property owner and the government entity in various situations.

We have represented several of our communities in handling tax increment financing legislation and having their plans approved at the state level.

In addition to our general real estate background, Tom Donnellon has been a Registered Land Examiner appointed by the Common Pleas Court of Hamilton County, Ohio for over twenty years. His registered land experience is utilized by attorneys, banks and title companies nationwide as well as numerous private individuals in registering titles, transferring title through estates, withdrawing titles from the registered land system, reviewing foreclosure issues, trust interpretation, and in generally resolving various issues surrounding registered land.

Our office has represented a number of clients in zoning cases and our work with the various governmental communities involves us in representing zoning issues on behalf of the local government as well. Doug Miller of our firm is a past board member of the Board of Zoning Appeals of Hamilton County, Ohio.
