Robert Butler has been with Donnellon, Donnellon & Miller since 1990. He practices in the areas of personal injury, family law, construction law, local government, guardianship, and general litigation. Rob provides legal services to several small to medium sized companies, from day-to-day issues, collections and litigation. He has both defended and prosecuted multiple jury and bench trials involving a variety of areas of the law.
Rob was admitted to practice in 1990 after graduating from the University of Wyoming College of Law, in the top 10 percent of his class. He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Ohio Trial Lawyer’s Association. He is also a graduate and an active member of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (Class IV). He served on the Board of Trustees of Butler Family Promise.
Rob has three children and three dogs. He coaches and plays soccer. HE is a student of World War II history, as his father jumped on D-Day. Rob served as a helicopter medic with the Army in the Gulf War. He received two Army Commendation Medals, as well as a Campaign star. Rob is an active member of the VFW.
